United by the grace of God in christian experience, the members of this church recognize and receive the Holy Bible as  the inspired word of God and agree to accept it as the only rule of faith and practice. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, preexistent before the world, virgin born, sinless, crucified, risen, and coming again. We believe salvation is accomplished only by the meritorious work of Christ Jesus on the cross in our behalf. It is received as a gift from God, accepted through our faith in Christ as our Lord and Savior. We believe baptism of the believer is by immersion in water to symbolize the believer’s death to the old life and his resurrection to the new life in Christ. We believe the biblical teaching of tithes and offerings is for the development and maturing of Christians. We subscribe to the doctrinal statement of “The Baptist Faith and Message” as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 1963. We declare our adherence to the doctrines and teachings of the New Testament and state our purpose to be:

  1. The maintenance of the worship of God.
  2. The study and practice of Christ’s life as revealed and taught in the New Testament.
  3. The promotion and advancement of Christ’s Kingdom throughout the Earth in affiliation with associations as approved by the church.
