About FBC Killeen
We are a growing church of believers serving residents of Killeen and members of the military and their families for nearly 150 years. We would love to get to know you -- here are some ways you can get to know us!
Our History
Since 1873, First Baptist Church of Killeen has been reaching out to the greater community of Killeen and Fort Hood.
Our Beliefs
We subscribe to the statements of "The Baptist Faith and Message" as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 1963.

Our Ministries
At FBC, our strategy is small groups. If you are not involved in a small group, you are missing out on what makes our body of believers a family. Here are some of the ways you can connect with other members. We offer LifeGroups and discipleship classes for all ages and for every chapter of your life -- including a ministry specifically designed for spouses of deployed soldiers. Come grow with us!
Preschool
Our junior disciples are the life of God's Church, but this ministry also reaches to the parents of youngsters.

Ongoing ministries that engage regularly with our adults through fellowship and discipleship.

Children
This ministry is designed for elementary students through 5th grade. BLAST on Sundays at 9:45am is the launching pad.

Young Adults
This ministry meets the needs of young adults both on campus, in home groups, and more to encourage fellowship and to grow together as maturing disciples.
Music & Worship
Our music ministry endeavors to equip our congregation to worship through various styles of worship and service opportunities.
Mothers Day Out
Our MDO program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the school year and intermittently during the summer.

Adults
We now offer LifeGroups on Sunday mornings for every stage of life as well as G.R.OW. groups, which provide discipleship opportunities.
Fifty-Five Alive
Our boomer and senior adult ministries host a monthly luncheon every first Thursday and enjoy occasional out-of-town trips and special events.
